fruvi is operated by Fruvi Foods Inc., incorporated in Québec, Canada.
Orders & payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are in CAD and exclude applicable GST/QST. Payment is collected at the time of order.
Shipping
We ship across Canada with free shipping on every box. Delivery is typically 2–4 business days from order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders auto-renew every 4 weeks. You can skip, pause or cancel anytime from your account, with no fees and no calls.
Returns
Damaged or wrong items are replaced free. See our returns policy for details.
Liability
Our liability for any product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under Québec or Canadian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec.
