Sealed food can't be resold under Québec hygiene rules, so all sales are final. We do replace anything that arrives damaged or wrong, and you can cancel your subscription anytime.
All sales final
Because sticks are sealed food products, we can't accept returns or issue refunds for orders you simply changed your mind about. Please pick the smallest box for your first order if you're unsure.
Damaged or wrong items
If your box arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, send a photo to hi@fruvi.co within 7 days and we'll ship a replacement at no charge.
Cancelling your subscription
Cancel anytime from your account in two clicks. No fees, no phone call needed. Already-shipped boxes are final sale.
Defective product
If a stick is spoiled or the seal is broken on arrival, email hi@fruvi.co with a photo and we'll replace it free or credit your account.
