We collect the minimum data we need to run fruvi and we never sell it. This page tells you exactly what we collect, why, and how to manage your choices, in line with Québec's Law 25 and Canada's PIPEDA.
What we collect
Account: your email, name, addresses and order history. Browsing: cookies and pixel events that help us improve the site (only if you've accepted them). Payments are processed by Shopify; we do not store your card.
Why we collect it
To process your orders, deliver them, communicate about your subscription, and improve the site. We use email and SMS only with your explicit opt-in.
Cookies
Essential cookies (session, cart) are used by default. Analytics and marketing cookies are loaded only after you accept them in the privacy banner.
Your rights (Law 25)
You can access, correct, delete or export your data at any time. Email privacy@fruvi.co, we respond within 30 days.
Data retention
We keep account and order data as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years afterward to meet our tax and accounting obligations.
Sharing
We share data only with the providers we use to run the business: Shopify (payments, orders), Klaviyo (email), and shipping carriers. We do not sell data.
