Free shipping on every box, anywhere in Canada. Here's how it works in detail.
Where we ship
All Canadian provinces and territories. We don't ship outside Canada at this time.
How fast
Orders placed before 2pm ET ship within 1 business day. Delivery is typically 2–4 business days depending on province. Atlantic and Northern regions can take 5–7 business days.
How much
Free on every box. We absorb shipping into the price, no minimum, no surprise fees at checkout. Express shipping isn't offered yet.
Carrier
We use Canada Post Expedited and a few regional partners for faster delivery in major cities. You'll get a tracking link by email when your box ships.
Subscriptions
Subscription boxes ship every 4 weeks on the same weekday you originally ordered. You'll get a heads-up email 3 days before shipment so you can edit, skip or pause.
Address changes
Update your shipping address from /account at any time. Changes apply to your next box if you save 3+ days before the shipping date.
Lost or damaged
If your box arrives damaged or never shows up, email hi@fruvi.co within 7 days with a photo (if applicable) and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
