Your gut absorbs water faster when sodium and glucose arrive together — that's rehydration science. Ours comes from fruit, not industrial dextrose.

Is it really made of real fruit?＋
Yes — about 14 g of whole freeze-dried fruit per 16.5 g stick. No "juice powder", no flavourings: the fruit IS the flavour. Full ingredient lists are on every flavour above.
How much sugar?＋
About 6 g per stick — 100% naturally present in the fruit and dates. Zero refined sugar, zero sweeteners. Roughly half a Liquid I.V.
Why is there no warning box on your label?＋
Because our potassium comes from fruit (not an added salt), our magnesium is dosed under the regulatory threshold and our sodium sits under the "high in sodium" symbol threshold. Big-brand formulas trigger those boxes; ours doesn't.
How does it taste vs Liquid IV or LMNT?＋
Lighter and more "real": a tangy fruit water with a subtle saline finish — not liquid candy, not seawater. Refreshing at 500 mL; want more punch, use 350 mL.
